Back in black

I'm back. I simply forgot to update this 'blog on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Then I wuz guine do it yesterday but all of a sudden my internet connection bonked out! This has happened before, and usually it fixes itself in an hour or so (or if I restart my computer). But this time it was still down when this morning rolled around, so I actually had to call Comcast, and they walked me through this horrendously long, complicated process to get it back up and running again. Car-razy.

Anyway, there are some reviews you should read, including Once Upon a Time in Mexico, Kill Bill, and The Matrix Revolutions.

Saturday Fools Play (Exhibition) was one of the most fun shows in quite a while. We concentrated on keeping the scenes short and simple, and as a result the show had this really faced-paced feel and seemed different from most of our recent shows. We also did an amazing trilogy: "Ah, Allegra" "Oh, no, Allegra" and "Aaargh! Allegra!" It was a tragic love story between Allegra and Ferdinand Fernando, as they loved and fought over decades of war and destruction and the terrible reign of Hitler Moussolini. The final act had babies fighting bees (which had sprung from the belly of a man).

Sunday was practice. Um, yeah. Brandy showed up for the beginning of practice, but Geoff was over an hour and a half late. I had a lot of tapes to do that day.

Monday... what the heck happened Monday other than Carrie coming home? I can't remember. Oh, yes, I can! Neighbor Gary came over to the new house and we watched rasslin'. Oh, and Brandy came by for a lunch-ish meal.

Anyway. So now I'm all caught up on my Movie Reviews, but I had to skip like four movies to do it (including my favorite film on the year so far, Lost in Translation. But that film is so amazing I doubt I could do it justice with, you know, words).
