Errands ahoy

Yesterday (Tuesday) I did a ton of errands. Let's see if I can remember them all...
  1. Dropped off my tapes at the Fife drop box
  2. Went to my folks' house and dropped off my mom's precious tupperware (that I had used to take Thanksgiving leftovers from that house) and a big train logo book from Carrie's Dad Jim to My Dad Jim
  3. Picked up an electric drill from My Dad Jim
  4. Stopped by Carrie's folks' house to pick up the purse and gloves she had left there when she and Devon had picked up the dining room table
  5. Swung by the Fife drop box again to pick up my next day's tapes
  6. Stopped at the house real quick to unload the car
  7. Went by Ever After to drop off a special order Carrie had made (wedding jewelry) and to talk about another poster project with Karla
  8. Stopped by the Bead Factory to drop off Carrie's purse/gloves and switch cars because she and Christine were going to go shopping in Seattle that evening and Carrie wanted to use the 'yota.
Wow! Oh, and when I got to the Bead Factory I discovered that Carrie wasn't even there. She was in Sequim with Viki. So I left the purse/gloves with Brandy instead.

I swung by Jack in the Box on the way back to the house and bought an Ultimate Cheeseburger for a late lunch slash early dinner.

Much to my surprise Carrie came home immediately after work instead of heading to Seattle with Christine. Seems Christine needed to fill in somebody's shift that evening and so couldn't go shopping, which kind of sucks for Carrie, but was good for me because I was feeling a little lonely until she showed up.

We watched a lot of Christmas specials. The Family Channel is doing that "25 Days of Christmas" thing where they're constantly showing the old Rankin/Bass specials from now until Christmas. We watched "Frosty's Winter Wonderland," "'Twas the Night Before Christmas (edited)" and then an hour of Charlie Brown stuff on ABC.

Then after all that we went grocery shopping and stocked up on stuff at Fred Meyer. It's weird shopping there after 9:00 at night because it isn't very well stocked anymore, and like nobody is there. We came home and I put away the groceries and then made a Peanut Butter Sandwich while Carrie made Hot Cocoa.

Oh, I also tried replacing the light bulb in the entryway, but when I did I discovered that none of the light switches in the house actually control that light fixture...
