Happy Valentine's Day (Every Day the 14th)!

Yesterday (Saturday) was Valentine's day, so here's what I did to prove I'm the best boy in the history of ever.

First of all I drove up to Metropolitan Market but didn't find what I was looking for, so headed on down to Fred Meyer and happened to find it there. How convenient. I then went home and... prepared. Around 1:00 I drove up to The Bead Factory with my preparations completed. I walked in through the back and proceeded to give Krissy and Lindsay each a red rose with a card tied to it, and a small heart-shaped box of chocolate. They both gave me big hugs and said that—for some reason—I was the first person to give them Valentines all day! What the f--k? These are some of the most beautiful and wonderful women in the world and nobody's given them anything yet?

Anyway, I hopped up to ArtCo and bought some construction paper before swinging back by The Bead Factory where Nicole, Christine, and Gretchen were now also working. I gave them all the rose with card and candy, and they all also told me that I was the only one that had given them anything so far. What is wrong with people? Oh, well, it made me look even better.

I then went home and made cute-assed valentines out of the construction paper before putting the finishing touches on my gift to Carrie (I fixed up the tub with all these cute bath things and candles and a CD player and awesomeness) and gathering up all the stuff I needed for the Fools Play Valentine's Day Special.

It was a really funny show. I was playing for a date with Hannah, but my brother won the date. We were gonna film it and then show it on the TV, but for some reason they couldn't get the video camera to work. So I had lugged down a VCR and a TV for nothing. In the meantime, though, we all drew pictures of our "crushes." Geoff drew Brandy without looking at the paper. Tannerman drew Leah as "what he pictured when he thought of her," which turned out to be a girl in a bikini with a snake for an arm. I drew a really good comic-bookish portrait of Hannah, then exclaimed that I messed it up and proceeded to draw a more accurate drawing of an EBE on an asteroid with his UFO in the background.

After the show I gave Hannah a rose and a card as a consolation prize. I actually gave a rose to almost every single girl in the audience, and my handmade cards to Brandy and Taisha. I made one for Sandy, but she didn't show for some reason. Hmmm...

Anyway, I didn't stick around too long after the show because I had to rush home and straight into the arms of Carrie, and then never you mind.
