Yesterday (Thursday) I woke up like an hour later than I wanted to, so I was pretty much an hour behind all day. As I was dropping my tapes off I was called by Carrie, who asked me to transfer some monies to her account, so I headed to Fred Meyer after the drop box. When I got home I started making a kickass tomato sauce with mushrooms, ground beef, and garlic. As it was simmering I got a phone call from Brandy at the Bead Factory asking if she could come over and take a nap on my couch—she wasn't feeling very well and didn't want to have to drive all the way to Olympia. So I said she could and she did. She also brought me them pants from Geoff that I mentioned earlier (he'd wanted to bring them to me but I wasn't home so he left them at The Bead Factory with Brandy). When she woke up we put on Intolerable Cruelty and she ate a banana and some Ibuprofen, and after the fine, fine film was feeling fine enough to head on home.
I called Carrie again later in the evening and when she called me back she was a little bit toshed on margaritas. She's so cute. She comes back tomorrow (Saturday), and you cannot believe how sexcited I am. I spent most of the evening cleaning the bathroom. That's not so much of the fun. I put on Army of Darkness (theatrical version) to sleep to (after watching parts of Cutthroat Island and that horrible thing called Alien Fury: Countdown to Invasion starring Chyna).
