Buy me stuff !

Hey, I forgot to mention it yesterday, but yesterday (Tuesday) was exactly one month before my 27th birthday. To mark this occasion you all should visit my Amazon.com wishlist and buy me stuff from it. NOW!! (You can always just click the button on the right side of my page there. It'll be up all month). I suggest you sort my wishlist by "Priority (high to low)" so you'll get me what I really want.

ANYWAY... Let's see if'n I can remember what went down yesterday (Tuesday). I finished Carrie's taxes. She had a split shift, and so when she got home I printed them out and had her sign them and whatnot. In the afternoon I went to the postal office to mail them away (and buy stamps), and since it's tax time the lines were pretty long. Actually now that I think about it, I think it was just a cooincidence that the lines were so long, because most everybody else there was mailing off a package of some kind.

Anyway, we napped on the couch for a while in the afternoon, too. I can't remember if that was before or after the postal office. In the late afternoon I got a sudden craving to shave and take a shower, so I did both (I didn't completely shave the beard, though, don't worry). Carrie went back to work. My plans for the evening fell through, so I just lounged around the house. Watched some Mythbusters. An E! special on The Rock. I didn't really feel like doing anything. I was like, "I could do this... nah. Maybe I should... nah. How about... nah." So in effect I didn't really do anything except dishes. The kitchen's looking pretty good if I do say so myself.

In other words, I was plenty bored with just me and my painful belly.

By the time Carrie got home it was plenty late. She was hungry and so made some food, and then we went to bed.
