Me and my bloody belly

Yesterday (Wednesday) my bloody belly was giving me hell, so Carrie advised that I take it easy for the day. For the most part I did. I went to the Bead Factory around noon to meet with Viki about re-designing their whole bead parties brochure. Shouldn't be too difficultish. I took Carrie home with me for her lunch, then she walked back and I lounged and played video games and dinked around on this here internet like a good convalescent should.

I walked down to the BF at 5:00 so I could walk home with Carrie. It was a nice day—not too hot at all. When we got home we went and picked up photos from Bartell's and then went shopping to the Fred Meyer with a bucket full of coupons that ended up saving us about $20 or so. Not bad for a $1.50 sunday paper. After that we swung by Lisa's place to pick up a check for $73 that she owed Carrie. I swear to god, Lisa looks younger and more beautiful every time we see her. We gots home and Neighbor Gary called to see if Carrie was up for guitar lessons that evening. We invited him over for dinner as well. Carrie made a stroganoff type deal thingy using tomatoes that Gary had canned in the fall. Very tasty. Tasty fish. Except with beef.

Carrie was planning on making bread with dinner but she forgot that she had put them in the oven, so all of a sudden all this smoke started billowing out and setting off the smoke alarms. We had to open every door and window in the house and stand under the alarms with magazines, fanning the smoke away. Dinner was good after that, though.

Afterwards Gary gave Carrie a nice, long guitar lesson. I don't know exactly what it is, but seeing Carrie curled up on the couch with a guitar in her lap, singing Bonnie Rait and Frente songs, was incredibly sexy. After Gary left we played Mario Kart and then we did some wedding registry online. It was pretty fun. One of the most exciting things about getting married is that we'll get all these gifts from peoples! Awesome!

Oh, I also put Carrie in the most recent ANGRY BEEF Sighting. Always wanted to do that.
