Nothing too spectacular

Yesterday (Thursday) wasn't quite as eventful as previous days. In the morning we drove down to Panamonicas to pick up the old Ford we had left there. Carrie drove it straight to work and I drove home and did some BF work type stuff. I made some brown-and-serve sausages for breakfast and a bowl of Raisin Bran and some string cheese while watching the first half of Godzilla, Mothra, and King Ghidorah - Giant Monsters All-Out Attack.

I spent a good deal of the morning cleaning up becaues our cute pal Linnea was going to come over and use our laundry services because of some crazy mix-ups with her house, but she had to go to her mom's and so just brought the laundry over there instead. Carrie came home a little grumpy from work, but after I made her a grilled cheese sammitch and some butter nut squash soup she felt better and wanted to take a nap. So while she did that I drove out to Michael's and bought a set of paints with my %40 off coupon, then swung by Fred Meyer and deposited the Diamond check in the bank (that's, what, the third or fourth day in a row I've been to that bank?), then bought some more pretties for the garden (plus some peanut butter). I came home and planted them immediately.

Carrie had class in the evening; I did not. I did some more BF work and then watched rasslin' and did laundry and dishes and stuff during the commercials. Nothing too spectacular. I considered going down to Panamonicas again, but I don't have what is known as the moneys. So I stayed home and ate a peanut butter & jelly sammitch, some snack mix, and a bowl of Grape Nuts before Carrie came home. We played some Skip-Bo before turning out the lights and going to sleep. Actually I didn't sleep too poorly last night. That's a good thing, I think?
