Yesterday (Monday) what happened? I was so used to Carrie getting up before me that when the alarm went off in the morning I assumed it was for her. She had to remind me that it was Chris who was supposed to get up, not Carrie. I skipped my shower because of it. I quickly packed a lunch of mostly snackstuffs.
There was a company meeting for the first couple of hours of work. Okay, so only about an hour. But still, got paid to sit in a room and listen to people talk. Not a bad gig. The sites were kicking my butt all day—there seemed to be something wrong with all of them. One even had a typo in the address and I had to ferret out the real address and change it around.
It was my brother's birthday, but my presents for him had not arrived in the mail yet, so I didn't have anything to give him.
Carrie had had the day off and so was home when I got home. We didn't really do anything in the evening, just relaxed. Didn't even make a formal dinner. I stumbled upon the website of this really cool photographer-slash-stormchaser. Man, I'm glad I don't live in the midwest. Those skies are SCARY.
Gary came over for rasslin'. It was terraslinrific!
