Yesterday (Thursday) Geoff brought some Aphex Twin for the car ride up to work. It reminds me a lot of Tangent. Probably because Tangent listens to a lot of Aphex Twin.
I had sushi for lunch.
On the way home Geoff would not stop asking us "Brain Questions" about a Charmed poster that I'd found on the street outside of Brandy's apartment on Wednesday night.
Traffic was horridible, so by the time I got home Carrie had already left for her class. But during the day she had signed a contract with a caterer, so there's a big check in that box, baby! Anyway, I went and deposited my BF check, and put like $500 in Carrie's account so it could cover what bills were sent out. I also bought four big impatiens to plant in that little corner of the backyard. Which I did as soon as I got home.
I then realized that being all alone in the house with nothing to do but be on the computer (after having been on a computer all day at work) was just about the last thing I wanted to do. So I went down to Panamonica's.
I didn't know it, but it happened to be open mic night. I sat next to Krissy as she worked the sound board. One guy was really good. I think his name was Josh Adams. Yeah, that's it. The rest were typical open-mic type of folks. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
