I'm crazy busy today, so I don't have much time to type this. Let's see if I can just hit the highlights of yesterday (Wednesday):
Carrie had the day off again. She hung out with Linnea and her daughters quite a bit. At one point in the afternoon Carrie, Linnea, Lena, Baby Eva, and I all went to Cold Stone and got some ice cream. I think the last time I'd gone to one of those place was at the end of last summer with Brandy. I think it might be almost another year before I go back; that was a lot of sugar. I had the "Candy Land" combination in a waffle bowl. Yowzah.
We went to Borders and Half-Price Books looking for a birthday present for Lena. When Carrie was young she had a big, coffee-table book about Disneyland that had a lot of pictures in it. She thought we'd be able to find a more modern version of something like that for Lena. Well, apparently a lot of things similar to that exist for Disney World, but not for Disneyland. We came home empty-handed, but later that night Carrie found a Disneyland 50th Anniversary Viewmaster thing on teh intarwebs, so she ordered that for Lena. Hopefully it'll get here before next Friday (Lena's party).
I barbequed some burgers for din-dins. Carrie sprinkled on some blue cheese while they were cooking, and I ate mine in an olive roll for a bun. Pretty tasty.
There were both a Ghost Hunters marathon and a Mythbusters marathon on last night. I opted for Mythbusters.
