For some reason downtown was jammed full of cars, so finding parking near Ever After was more difficult than usual. One time when I came inside from moving my car, Jessica thrust her keys at me and had me move her SUV because the ticketer was hovering nearby. I had to drive around several blocks three times before I found a parking place.
Carrie got home before me, having walked home early due to the fact that she was going to go back into work earlier in the evening to help Jen setup for class. Carrie was actually asleep napping when I got home. I can't remember what I had for lunch, but then Carrie & I hung out. I worked on BF stuff in the later afternoon, and then sometime after 4:00 we went to the Bartell's so we could buy a whole bunch of pharmacy-type stuff that we were out of or low on. Like Tylenol and makeup and Q-tips. Little stuff like that, but it added up quickly.
I dropped Carrie off directly at the Bead Factory from there, and then I went and filled up with gas and hit Fred Meyer's, where I transferred some moneys around at the ATM then bought a stack of blank CDs. Fred Meyer's is undergoing some major renovations. Half of the ceiling is practically torn out.
I came home and ate a bunch o' sushi for din-dins while watching some Brisco County, Jr. I then finally cracked open my Mega Man X Collection and played some of the original Mega Man X. It's been, oh, about twelve years probably since I'd played it, but it came back to me pretty easily.
I worked on BF stuff some more until it was time for the new episode of Veronica Mars! Hooray! 'Twas a good one, mostly due to it heavily featuring Mac (though Wallace was conspicuously absent). Even Weevil had a cameo.
Somewhere in all of this I watched another episode of Brisco—the last episode in fact. Now I just have to watch some special features and I'll have conquered that DVD box set.
I picked Carrie up after her class and we played some Tetris and watched some Home Movies.
