Sales Tax
An 8.8% sales tax is added to all orders shipped to Washington State addresses. The tax will be applied only to merchandise, not shipping charges.
Shipping/Delivery/Pickup
SHIPPING:
All glassware items are shipped USPS Priority Mail or USPS
Parcel Post with delivery confirmation. All Art Prints are
shipped USPS First-Class Mail. Shipping charges and times
are as follows:

$5.00 for the first item
$3.00 for each additional item - USPS Parcel Post: 10-14 Days
$4.50 for the first item
$1.75 for each additional item

Payments
Thirsty Robots accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and Debit cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo.
On your card statement it should note that payments were made to "Christopher Grant Harris" or "thirstyrobots@gmail.com"
Damage or Loss in Shipping
Thirsty Robots ships all orders via USPS. I take every precaution to make sure your package arrives at its destination unharmed. However, if your package does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact me immediately so I can contact the agencies responsible and start the compensation process. Please do not discard any part of the order or its packaging until instructed to do so, as this may cause delays or even prevent reimbursement.
Refunds and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you must notify me of your intention to return it within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund to your credit card, or an exchange for a different product. Your card will be refunded or the exchange will be sent out once I receive your returned purchase. Thirsty Robots does not refund shipping charges and is not responsible for return shipping charges. Thirsty robots will not accept returns/exchanges after 60 days of you having received your purchase.
Privacy Policy
I will never sell your information to anyone, for any reason. I will only ever use your address to ship specifically requested orders or to send you requested information on Thirsty Robots.
